Megan Arthur is a dedicated interdisciplinary researcher with a broad skill set encompassing research design, qualitative primary research, knowledge synthesis, and translation, as well as research project management. Her primary research interests revolve around governance processes influencing health and social policy, focusing on community engagement and multi-sectoral strategies. Megan has conducted research and knowledge translation for prestigious institutions like the University of Edinburgh, UCLA, McGill University, and the World Health Organization's Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office, among others. Currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Edinburgh, she is investigating the role of philanthropic organizations in national governance concerning nutrition policies and programs. Her research, supported by various grants, explores the dynamics of multi-actor governance systems and their impact on accountability principles.
