Meg Sandman

Meg Sandman is the Vice President of Operations at UpCounsel, Inc., where she plays a crucial role in streamlining business operations and enhancing efficiency. Before joining UpCounsel, she was the Director of Supply at 2nd Address, where she successfully built a partnership management team and developed processes for host acquisition.1 Additionally, Meg co-founded Dabble, where she took on multiple roles, including fundraiser, developer, designer, and operations manager. Notably, she launched a mobile app within a year by learning mobile development and creating a go-to-market strategy.1

Meg holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yale University and has completed a graduate program at Dev Bootcamp. She also graduated from Castilleja School.12 In her current role at UpCounsel, she collaborates closely with other executives, including Mason Blake (Co-founder & CTO) and Tim Parks (VP of Growth), under the leadership of Matthew Faustman (Co-founder & CEO).1
