She specializes in hospitality projects, ranging from luxurious resorts to mid-scale hotels, and holds a diverse experience working with hotel operators and design consultancies. Her expertise covers the entire spectrum of project design, from feasibility studies to pre-opening activities, including master planning, architectural design, technical services, project and contract management, tender processes, and construction supervision.

With a keen interest in business development, Meenakshi has actively contributed to establishing a luxury hotel brand, leveraging her skills to enhance operational efficiencies and profitability. Her tenure at Banyan Tree encompassed various positions, such as Senior Designer & Project Manager for Architecture & Master Planning.

Prior to these roles, Meenakshi garnered valuable experience at different firms, such as Eco-Id Design, WATG, HOK, and WWCOT Architects, where she honed her architectural and project management skills.
