Medha Agarwal

Medha Agarwal is a seasoned venture capitalist, currently serving as a Partner at Redpoint Ventures. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard University, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience under her belt. Before Redpoint, she worked as an Associate at Javelin Venture Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Rough Draft Ventures, as well as the Director of Marketing at skedge.me, and Co-Founder at Roomidex. Her expertise is in helping early-stage companies grow, using her skills in finance, marketing, and business strategy. Medha's favorite part of working with entrepreneurs is being a small part of their journey, and using her experience to help them evaluate their business strategies. She also prioritizes hiring for her portfolio companies, recognizing its importance in a company's success. In her free time, Medha enjoys sitting in a park or on a roof in San Francisco with friends, and exercising every morning.
