Dr. Meagan Rothschild is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in team leadership, product strategy, educational media design, early learning, mixed methods, qualitative research, and game design.
She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational/Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hawaiian Language from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Dr. Rothschild has held several impactful roles in prestigious organizations, serving as Former Vice President Design Research & Consumer Insights, Senior Director of Design Research, and Director of Design Research at Age of Learning, Inc. Additionally, she was an Associate Researcher at the WIDA Consortium and a Research Assistant at the Games + Learning + Society Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Furthermore, she has contributed to the innovation and growth of various institutions, having experience as a Research Intern at Microsoft, a Media Design and Community Building Specialist at the Morgridge Institute for Research, an Educational Multimedia Consultant at Multimedia Consulting and Game Design, a Project Assistant at UW-Madison DoIT Academic Technology, and an Instructional Design Specialist at Pacific Resources for Education and Learning (PREL). Prior to these roles, she excelled as a Teacher, Technology Coordinator, and Grant Manager at Castle High School.
