Shamim Shuvo

Md. Shamim Reza Shuvo is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse work experience in various organizations like UNIQLO Social Business Bangladesh, FDL-SAMSUNG, Talent Centric Ltd., Amin Mohammad Group, Super Star Group, and Partex Star Group. His career began during his time at American International University-Bangladesh where he worked as a Trainee Officer in Organizational Excellence at HR Kites and later expanded his expertise in areas such as T&D, HR operations, and HRIS.

Shuvo pursued his post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) after completing his BBA in HRM from AIUB. He has a strong educational background, having also achieved excellent academic results in his SSC and HSC studies in Business Studies from Barisl, Bangladesh.

Currently serving as the In-charge at UNIQLO Social Business Bangladesh Ltd., Shuvo has demonstrated his skills in talent sourcing, recruitment, training, organizational development, and headhunting. His journey in the HR field has been marked by successful stints in organizations like BAT, GP, Airtel, SSG, AMG, TCL, and FDL, where he made significant contributions.
