Mazyar Mortazavi is a renowned architect, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He completed his B.ES and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Currently, he serves as the President and CEO at TAS, a Toronto-based real estate development company. Mortazavi has a proven track record of spearheading multiple urban development projects across Toronto. He is known for his passion for creating resilient and sustainable public spaces that cater to the needs of the community.
In addition to his work at TAS, Mortazavi has been involved in several community organizations, previously serving as the Chair Of The Board Of Directors at The Bentway, former Board Trustee at Art Gallery of Ontario, and former member Board Of Directors at Waterfront Toronto. Mortazavi also shares his knowledge and experience with architecture students and practitioners through his previous role as a faculty consultant at George Brown College and a foundation Board Member at Artscape Inc.
