Maya Berkman

Maya Berkman is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and account management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Government from Wesleyan University, where she also obtained certificates in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies. Maya further expanded her academic horizons by studying Spanish and International Relations during a study abroad program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Her educational journey began at Amherst Regional High School.

Maya's professional journey is marked by a series of impactful roles. She currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Countable, showcasing her expertise in building and nurturing key relationships. Prior to this position, Maya excelled as the Senior Manager of Business Development and Business Development Manager at Countable. Her earlier experiences include serving as an Account Executive at LaunchSquad and as an Account Associate at the same organization. Maya also honed her skills as an Institutional Giving Intern at NPR and undertook the role of Co-Director of the Senior Class Gift Committee during her time at Wesleyan University.

In addition to her corporate engagements, Maya has had enriching public service experiences. She interned at The White House as a White House Intern and participated in the Governor's Internship Program as an Investigative/Enforcement Intern at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Maya also delved into educational and youth-oriented roles by serving as a Tour Guide, Student Blogger, and Student Ambassador Manager at Wesleyan University. Furthermore, she contributed as a Resource Development Intern at Windows - Channels for Communication and as a B'nai Tzedek Youth Foundation Teen Staff member at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation.
