    In terms of professional experience, Maxwell has worked as a Staff Assistant Geologist at Roux, bringing his geological expertise into practical applications.

    Before that, he served as a Laboratory Technician at the prestigious U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), where he honed his skills in a scientific research environment.

    Maxwell has also ventured into the outdoor industry, having worked as a Summer Kayak River Guide and Shuttle Driver at Umiak Outdoor Outfitters, showcasing his adventurous spirit and ability to lead outdoor activities.

    Furthermore, he has experience as a Bike Mechanic at Dartmouth Bikes, demonstrating his technical skills and passion for cycling.

    His involvement in the sports and recreation sector is evident through roles such as Ski Instructor and Ski Instructor Aide at Stowe Mountain Resort, as well as Waterski Instructor & Camp Counselor at Camp Cobbossee, where he shared his expertise and enthusiasm for outdoor pursuits with others.
