Maxine Wilson

Maxine Wilson is a seasoned leader with a heart for non-profit organizations. With undergraduate studies in social work from Lamar University and an MNA in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco, Maxine has devoted her career to serving and inspiring organizations to achieve their operational and performance goals. Maxine honed her leadership skills by holding multiple roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Project Discover & Citywide Educational Services, and Director of Youth Employment Services. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, where she leads and inspires team members on all levels of the organization, ensuring the Clubs provide the best service to the communities they serve.
