Maximilian Schaefer is a seasoned entrepreneurial manager with a wealth of experience in E-commerce, logistics, and tech industries that has spanned across several countries, including Germany, Russia, China, and the United States. He has excelled both in startup and corporate roles and gained significant industry know-how in business development, customer experience, organizational development, operations, and change management.

Maximilian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Chinese Advanced Certificate from Beijing Radio & Television University, a B.Sc. in Business Administration and management from WHU-Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management, and has taken a Business Administration exchange program at National Chengchi University.

Maximilian is the Co-Founder & Managing Director at InstaFreight GmbH and has held various managerial positions in different organizations, including a former Director Lamoda Express at Lamoda Group, Entrepreneur at Rocket Internet GmbH, General Manager Business Processes & Development, Project Manager to the CEO, and Project Coordinator Sales & Marketing at TNT. He also had a brief stint as an intern at Simon-Kucher & Partners.
