Responsibilities included building and leading a high-performing cross-functional team of 17, driving full product life cycle, raising multi-million pre-seed round, guiding supply chain across GPU/data-center ecosystem and driving a go-to-market & growth strategy through marketing, direct sales and organic, product-led growth via B2D2B (Business do Developer to Business).

Key responsibilities and achievements:
- Led a cross-functional team handling global launch, driving alignment across product, sales and customer engineering teams
- Gathered voice of customer insights to collaboratively refine the product strategy with senior leadership on platform- and customer engineering level
- Managed complex B2B customer relationships and solution selling directly with OEMs in Germany, France, Japan and India

Bosch

Team Lead R&D

Selected for Bosch's high-potential, fast-track leadership program.

The program gives broad insights into Bosch's global business units while connecting with VPs and directors of the company as mentors. My program was in the automotive business unit, focusing on business development and strategy for corporate R&D in Germany and India.

My responsibilities included:
- Simulated low- and high-voltage (Audi Q5) hybrid drive systems
- Lead a Bosch-wide initiative to align key assumptions for powertrain emission simulations
- Analyzed emission legislation policies (CO2, NOx, etc.) and derived actionable strategy recommendations for Bosch C-Level
- Published analysis on inter-task communications in embedded "many-core" architectures
- Built up an international & cross-functional acquisition / pre-sales team for an advanced predictive systems in automated- & electric driving

Fast-track leadership program

Managed the full product lifecycle for a software-architecture tool used by BMW engineering teams to develop vehicle communication architectures (E/E). Led a team of two fullstack software engineers and one QA engineer.

The project scope was operating and expanding a BMW engineering tool used to design the physical, functional and software E/E architecture of all Mini, BMW and R&R vehicle platforms. Leading a team of two senior Java / SQL developers and one junior test engineer to improve and fit the tool to the development processes in BMW’s driving dynamics and engine development divisions while ensuring operability and uptime.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating a team of three (two senior one junior)
- Redesigned QA process to reduce bugs and downtimes by 80%
- Collected and prioritized requirements across various R&D departments
- Identified, conceptualized and implemented 19 features with tangible improvements on business and engineering processes

Working on the next candidate for quantum computer qubits by conducting nanophotonics and semiconductor experiments with so-called "quantum dots" in the clean room and optical laser laboratories in collaboration with the scientific team of Prof. Dr. Alexander Högele.
