Maxime Lebeau

Maxime Lebeau is currently the Vice-President and Practice Leader at Mandrake Montréal, a position he has held since December 2021.1 Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of Executive Search and Operations at the same company from October 2020 to December 2021.12

Lebeau has been with Mandrake Montréal since January 2015, starting as a Consultant in executive search.1 He has supported or led more than 100 assignments since joining the company.3 As a proud successor to the firm, Lebeau has ambitious plans for its future and has led innovative initiatives such as creating a database of Quebecers abroad.3

Education and Background

Maxime Lebeau holds a Bachelor's degree in Demography and Statistics from the Université de Montréal, completed between 2011 and 2014.1 During his studies, he spent time abroad at the Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis studying Economics and at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities studying Demography and Population Studies.1

Professional Involvement

Since 2015, Lebeau has been an active member of the "Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal" (JCCM), serving on its Executive Committee in 2016.3 He has also been involved in various political and economic development organizations, such as the "Groupe la Relève en famille, en affaires!"3

Community Engagement

Since 2019, Lebeau has been serving on the board of directors of a non-profit organization in the Villeray-Parc-Extension neighborhood, which helps disadvantaged youth access university education.3
