Maxim Maximov is an accomplished innovation lead with over 15 years of experience in various industries, including e-commerce, finance, entertainment, advertising, and automotive. He specializes in product development and UX design, and has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish. Maxim has led and collaborated on various successful projects, such as launching award-winning digital signage for Mercedes-Benz dealerships, creating an innovative broadcast experience for the Oscars, and developing new brand identities for Payment World and its branches.
Maxim holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Business Administration and Management from UC Irvine. He is currently the innovation lead at Ingram Micro, where he is responsible for leading innovation in global IT. Maxim was formerly a product manager/UX and UI design lead for B2B eCommerce at Ingram Micro and a product and marketing lead at Payment World. Prior to this, he worked as a senior UX designer/product design at Disney ABC Television Group, a senior graphic designer/producer at David & Goliath, and a senior graphic designer/UX designer/3D generalist at Mercedes Benz USA.
Maxim is also an active member and officer at Toastmasters International Club at Ingram Microphones, where he continuously fosters his leadership and communication skills to influence and bring change more effectively.
