Developed and lead an NGO from 14 people, when I joined in 2018 to about 250 in January, 2024.The Foundation supported business and entrepreneureal education, innovative technological entrepreneurship, engineering centers and technoparks. We supported and supervised 21 children technoparks in Moscow, and control a big innovative educational complex, called" Technograd at VDNH" - the life long learning facility with broad variety of upskilling and reskilling programs developed together with leading companies in various sectors of business. 
Besides, we ran numerous events (forums, conferences, competitions, etc.) for entrepreneurs, as well as special programs for students (internships, contests, etc.)
