Maxim Kashchenko

Maxim Kashchenko is a seasoned software developer with over a decade of experience, primarily focused on web applications. Throughout his career, he has tackled challenges across various domains, demonstrating leadership skills by heading teams, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to both product and outsourcing projects. Maxim is well-versed in facilitating requirement gathering, knowledge transfer, team onboarding, app development, feature design and implementation, as well as code refactoring.
