Maxim Gorokhov

Maxim Gorokhov is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in diverse fields like general management, investment management, corporate finance, and technology. As one of the key individuals in the creation and growth of Megafon, Telecominvest, Don Stroy, Power Machines, Europa Capital Ltd., and MTS, he has played an instrumental role in shaping the telecom and innovation industries in Russia.

Gorokhov's education background includes a Master’s Degree in Mechanics and Management Systems from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and he has completed his schooling from Physics and Mathematics School № 239, Leningrad.

Gorokhov has held numerous positions throughout his career, including Deputy CEO at Svetlana JSC, CEO at Telecominvest, and Member of the Board of Directors at MegaFon. He has also held senior executive positions, such as CEO, VP at JSFC Sistema Companies (Sistema, MTS, IT, VC). He has also served as Head of Corporate Finance, Partner at Energomashbank and President, Co-Founder of Europa Capital Limited.
