Max Weitzmann

Max Weitzmann is an Investment Director at Octopus Real Estate, having joined the company in July 2018.14 He focuses on sourcing and progressing new care home acquisitions as well as portfolio management.1 Max has recently been promoted to Deputy Fund Manager of the Octopus Healthcare Fund.3

Prior to joining Octopus, Max worked as an Associate Director in Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2010 to June 2018.2 He has extensive experience working with key clients such as The Crown Estate, King's Cross Central, and British Land.2

Max holds an MSc in Real Estate from London South Bank University and a BA (Hons) in Management, IT, and Languages from the University of York.2 His expertise in the real estate sector, particularly in healthcare and care homes, is evident from his role and responsibilities at Octopus Real Estate.
