Currently, Max serves as the Executive Vice President of Investments & Capital Markets at Cortland, where he leverages his expertise to drive strategic investment decisions and capital market activities.

Prior to his role at Cortland, Max gained valuable experience as a Senior Investment Manager at the prestigious Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and as a Senior Associate at the same organization. He also served as an Associate at Century Bridge Capital.
