Max Rogers

Max Rogers is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AddOns, Inc., a company specializing in managed IT services, hosting, and application support for asset-intensive industries. He has held this position since 2003, when he also became the CEO of COSOL North America, a global provider of digital solutions.

Education and Early Career

Max Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming, where he studied from 1989 to 1993. He began his career in 1992 at Kennecott Utah Copper, working in various maintenance roles at the Bingham Canyon Mine. Over the years, he progressed through positions such as Maintenance Engineer and Senior Maintenance Planner.

Entrepreneurial Ventures

In 1999, Rogers founded Enterprise System Solutions, focusing on business process consulting primarily in the mining and transportation sectors. He successfully grew this business to include 11 employees before joining COSOL North America in 2003.
