joined well-established engagement team of one of the biggest Ukrainian IT company. As an engagement manager I was responsible for processing and closing the business opportunities and warm leads that were coming to SoftServe from various sales channels.
I was working in a deep cooperation with SoftServe Sales managers mostly located in US and Ukrainian-based delivery technical experts. As a result of previous experience as a Sales manager became a top performer of the Engagement department and served as a fireman for urgent and critical engagement. Handled engagement of more than 10 successful deals.

Sales manager

This project was carried out for one of the major financial corporations in the USA.  The customer provides a variety of financial services using a set of applications based in his own private cloud. The challenge for the team was to speed up the development in the customer’s private cloud by completing a number of projects related to private cloud development, monitoring and deployment. Project team considerately gathered and analyzed business requirements, modeled the database, implemented the design, provided quality assurance, and supported the customer. As a result, the customer improved the efficiency, productivity and performance of his huge cloud-based financial system.
•	Gathered and analyzed customer’s requirements.
•	Managed the team of up to 10 people.
•	Maintained regular communication with the customer via telephone and correspondence.
•	Managed the development process on the project.

Project Manager

The project was developed for governmental needs of one of the countries in Asia. The solution requested was a physical access security system, based on biometric data and access cards.
ELEKS developed a highly effective and reliable security system, based on Java card Applet and set of PC applications, responsible for system configuration and operations. The solution would scan one of four fingerprints, compare the received data with the access card data and either grant or deny access. ELEKS team thoroughly handled the development of the scanning system and the mechanism of recording data on the cards. The solution consisted of many smaller ones, each of which had its functions: data recording, verifying, system data creation, and other. The solution was extremely secure with multiple levels of protection. 
One of the most challenging tasks was to build a system which is highly reliable and at the same time easy to configure, user-friendly and of course flexible for future upgrades and expansions. Nevertheless, the project was carried out brilliantly and the customer was more than satisfied.
•	Communicated with the customer to collect requirements and report project process to ensure that everything is done impeccably. 
•	Responsible for business analysis of the project.
•	Managed the team of 4 people and monitored internal activities.
•	Developed the architecture of the application.
•	Maintained technical and project documentation.

Project Manager/Business Analyst

The customer is an extremely influential UK-based company which specializes in providing e-learning services. The company needed a questionnaire designed for pharmacists and pharmaceutical companies. The customer already had chunks of data which had to be migrated into the new system. What ELEKS developed was a system that allowed pharmacists to take tests and receive appropriate certifications in case they passed. 
•	Proactively communicate and collaborate with the customer.
•	Managed the team of up to 4 people.
•	Performed acceptance testing of the product.
•	Migrated data from the previous system into the new one.

Since 2011 I concentrated on being a BA and developing company sales and marketing strategy. Knowledge of business strategy and the ability to solve critical problems are the key skills that allow me to hold this position up till now.
My great analytical skills coupled with good business sense also allowed me to start my career as an engagement manager. Holding this position, I was starting new projects for ELEKS, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals to potential customers, etc.
•	Communicated with potential customers to engage them into working with ELEKS.
•	Formed proposals and sent them out to potential clients.
•	Shared my knowledge with other team members by means of regular meetings.
•	Participated in launching new projects.
•	Used Scrum as a leading methodology. 
•	Promoted the Java development stream and the mobile stream of the company.
•	Created case studies of current projects to illustrate the width of the services delivered by ELEKS.
•	Prepared and maintained sales and engagement documentation.
•	Efficiently managed the external marketing.
•	Generated corporate website requirements.
•	Prepared numerous presentations.

Business Analyst of Sales and Marketing

This project for a huge US financial corporation was aimed at developing a system that would distribute and share functionalities among the users with different privileges inside of security framework in the customer’s cloud environment. The project was big and challenging, with over 30 team-members following a long list of customer’s requirements. One of the challenges was linking the delivered system with numerous databases which provided necessary information. Another challenge was the absence of a single appropriate base for storing all the found bugs. I explained the inconveniences to the customer and we agreed on using Bugzilla as the major bug tracking system.
In the end ELEKS provided the customer with a set of applications, each functionality of which was divided into basic units. Application users are able to access to each of these units separately due to assigned needs, after the request is approved by the customer’s top management.
•	Communicated with the customer, being a liaison between him and the team.
•	Managed the development process of the project.
•	Created test objects and configured the bug base.
•	Analyzed the customer’s requirements to ensure that each of them is met.

QA Analyst/Requirements Manager

The worldwide leader in engineering and architecture software, and 3D design requested quality assurance of the localized versions of its products. The team of ELEKS QA engineers worked hard on the development of the pilot project. As a result, the customer was fully satisfied with their work and entrusted quality assurance of his products to ELEKS.
The project lied in performing automated testing and analyzing the results of automated testing, provided by the customer. ELEKS mastered the task and provided localization quality control of the highest level.
•	Monitored internal processes and resolved the seldom rising issues.
•	Tested localized software products.
•	Communicated with the customer.

QA Project lead

The global leader in providing information security solutions was searching for a vendor for outsource testing and localization of his products in Eastern Europe. ELEKS team did its best to pass through all the stages of the selection process and eventually received the status of an approved outsourcing vendor.
A separate test centre was created for this project. As soon as all the customer’s requirements were met, ELEKS’ team of dedicated QA engineers got down to testing localized software products of the customer, using both manual and automated testing techniques.
