Max Mona is a driven and accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. Holding a Master of Science in Finance with a focus on Financial Mathematics from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, Max combines his analytical prowess with a passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability issues.

Max's dedication to making the world a better place is evident in his role as Co-Founder of ESG Impact (ESGi), where he collaborates with like-minded individuals to drive positive change. Beyond his work in finance and sustainability, Max's creativity flourishes in the realm of music production. He currently manages and produces for two indie music groups, "Golden Age" and "Clay County," who have achieved remarkable success with over 2 million streams on various platforms.

Prior to his current ventures, Max honed his leadership and coaching skills as the Head Men's Ice Hockey Coach at Vanderbilt University. He also gained valuable experience in venture capital and private equity through positions at Atento Capital, GoAhead Ventures, and LandFund Partners. Max's ability to navigate complex financial markets and his expertise in investor relations make him a valuable asset to any team.

Max's broad skill set includes portfolio management, market research, capital raising, and strategy development. His strong work ethic and attention to detail have been proven through his achievements as a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Concordia College. Additionally, Max's experience as the Founder and President of the Entrepreneurship Club at Concordia College showcases his ability to inspire and motivate others.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Max's interests extend to the operations management of Nick Mona Construction, Inc. where he previously held roles as an Operations Manager and Strategy Intern. Max also founded Pre-Skate Hockey, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit from a young age.
