Max Michaels is a seasoned executive, investor and dealmaker with over 20 years of experience in the information and communication technology industry. He has held global executive roles at industry-leading companies such as IBM, AT&T, Cisco and EDS. Throughout his career, Michaels has exhibited an exceptional strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, which has allowed him to exceed expectations in all corporate roles. He is skilled in capturing "game-changing" opportunities facing Fortune 500 CEOs and is passionate about developing strategic insights. Michaels has directed investments for corporations and investment groups across industries, proficient in deal sourcing, M&A analysis, negotiations, post-merger integration, and operations in emerging countries.

Michaels has a Masters's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management. He is an active member of the MIT alumni community, serving as a volunteer and board member. In addition to his corporate experience, Michaels is also a founding investor at Stride Funding, a social good company. He invests and advises in technology startups and has served on the boards of several software companies.
