With a background in high-growth scale-up management, he spent 4.5 years at Uber, starting with a small team in the UK and expanding it to over 50 members. At Uber, he also played a key role in growing the UK business to over $2 billion. Max's strategic acumen was honed during his time at Bain & Company, where he worked on diverse projects encompassing strategy, operations, and private equity due diligence. He holds an MSc in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. Max has held various leadership positions at reputable organizations such as Meals For The NHS, Spotahome, CrowdJustice, and Simba Group, where he leveraged his expertise in operations, marketplace management, and general management to drive impactful change and growth.
