Max Latchmore

Max Latchmore is an Associate in the Corporate team at Bird & Bird, where he leads the Sustainability Practice Group, focusing on Tech4Good, B-Corp, and sustainable businesses.

With extensive experience in ECM, M&A, and Venture Capital transactions, Max specializes in sports, technology, impact business, and clean energy sectors.

He has successfully managed various funding rounds for clients at different business stages and played a key role in delivering legal services within a leading incubator program.

Max Latchmore holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Nottingham and studied Law at BPP Law School and Kaplan Law School.

Previously, he has held roles at organizations such as Octopus Energy, Power2inspire, AFL London, and various positions at Bird & Bird, including Legal Counsel, Director, Trainee, and Vacation Student.

Additionally, Max has interned at several esteemed organizations and co-founded Wallpark: The Student Noticeboard and Hashtag Clothing.
