Max Elder, a renowned multidisciplinary researcher, published author, and keynote speaker, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nowadays, a cutting-edge plant-based foodtech startup known for producing meat alternatives with minimal ingredients and exceptional nutritional value. He brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as a Research Director at the Institute for the Future, where he helped spearhead the Food Futures Lab.

Max's outstanding professional background has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and consultant to various organizations worldwide. Some of the organizations he has advised include Google, Nestle, Barilla, Campbell's, Hershey, and many more. Max has provided advisory services to these institutions on topics related to food systems and the future.

Max is a sought-after speaker and has been invited to speak in various forums and high-profile events, including Walmart, the National Restaurant Association, The Consumer Brands Association, among others. He is also a published author whose research is widely acknowledged and taught globally.

Max has a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Kenyon College and studied Philosophy as a visiting student at Oxford University. When he is not juggling his duties as CEO of a fast-growing startup, Max sits on the advisory boards of Food Systems for the Future and FoodShot Global.
