Max Deckers

Max Deckers is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Behavioural Economics from Erasmus School of Economics, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration from RSM Erasmus Universiteit, and also completed studies in Maritime studies and general education at Erasmiaans Gymnasium.

Max has gained valuable experience in the corporate world through his roles at prestigious organizations. He currently serves as a Consultant at Deloitte Nederland, bringing his expertise to the consultancy field. Prior to this, he held positions as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Nederland and as an Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, where he honed his analytical and business skills.

Apart from his corporate engagements, Max Deckers has shown a passion for coaching and organizational roles. He served as the Kernploeg Coach Zeilen at Optimist Club Nederland, emphasizing his leadership abilities and sailing expertise. Additionally, he held roles as Board Member Communication at Philips Innovation Award and Secretary at Kroon Festival at Stichting Rotterdam Events, showcasing his organizational and communication talents.

Max's dedication to continuous learning and personal development is evident through his background as an Intern at Delta Lloyd and as a Sailing Instructor at Middle Harbour Yacht Club and KR&ZV De Maas. His enthusiasm for sailing is further highlighted by his completion of the Yachtmaster Offshore studies at RYA/YA, demonstrating his commitment to skill enhancement and specialization.
