Max Bray

Max Bray is a multitalented individual who has been dedicated to problem-solving and process building in organizations. With a background in History from the University of Oxford and an interest in sustainable fashion, Max has worked with various companies to drive change from within. As the Creative Chief of Staff of Founders Forum and the former London Chapter Head of Chief of Staff Network, Max has gained significant experience in spearheading change and building processes in organizations. He has also worked in several roles, including as an Associate and Analyst at Founders Intelligence, a Planning Researcher at big fish®, and a Fundraiser at Somerville College. As a former Oxford Editor of The Tab London and co-founder of Organised Fun & Bloody Knuckles Oxford, Max has a passion for writing, reading, and making things on computer. He regularly shares his thoughts and ideas through his blog on Medium and enjoys indulging in his interests in illustration and design.
