Mauro Michielsen

Mauro Michielsen is a member of the board of directors (Lid van raad van bestuur) at the Vlaamse Scholierenkoepel, an organization representing the interests of students in Flanders. He is also a columnist for De Standaard and a student of Political Science at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His professional experience includes involvement with fABULEUS, a cultural organization focused on youth and arts. Based in Leuven, Michielsen is actively engaged in initiatives aimed at increasing youth participation in politics, as evidenced by his recent activities related to masterclasses and events at the European Parliament.12
