Mauro Ercolini, a seasoned Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), has over 18 years of experience in project and programme management across various industries, including aerospace and defence, electronic components, personal care, information technology, transportation, and more. Ercolini is currently serving as the CIO of Nextar Group and Group CIO of Olidata Spa, where he oversees all internal company ICT and IT staff while being responsible for the global group ICT's offer portfolio, with a significant focus on products and projects.

With a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and Erasmus in Economics from Mercuria Business School, Ercolini began his career as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Reebok, gaining experience in business roles. Later, he worked in multiple roles at Selex ES, including Business Consultant, Senior SAP Project and Program Manager, SAP MM-SRM Senior Consultant, before becoming the group CIO at Olidata Spa.

Being an experienced Project Manager, Ercolini has implemented over 20 successful full-cycle projects in the past 11 years, delivering SAP ECC projects with a focus on modules such as SRM, MM, WM, HR (HCM), PI, and MDM.

As a result of his background in business roles, Ercolini is an expert in logistics and purchasing, focusing on SAP solutions' delivery and proposal. He has basic technical knowledge of FI, CO, WM, PM, and PS, with MM and SRM modules being his forte.
