Mauro Band pursued his education in Administração de Empresas e Sociologia at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by an MBA in Gestão Cultural.
With a strong academic foundation, Mauro has honed his skills and knowledge in cultural management, which he applies in his role at ASA.
Apart from his current position as President at ASA, Mauro Band has previously held leadership roles within the organization and served as an HR Analyst at Banco do Brasil S.A.
