Maurits Denker

Maurits Denker is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Teammanager IT Regie at De Hypotheker, a position he held from 2018 until 2023. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing IT operations and aligning them with the company's business objectives. His previous roles at De Hypotheker included IT Service Manager, Security Manager, and Product Owner Modern Workplace.

Before his tenure at De Hypotheker, Denker worked as a Business Consultant at Rapid Circle and as a Service Team Manager at Boskalis, where he focused on integrating IT services with business needs. His career began at Coolblue as a Project Manager, and he also gained experience in various roles at Capgemini, including Service Delivery Manager and E-commerce Change Coordinator.1

Denker holds a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completed in 2008, and has pursued further education in Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence through an MBA module at Nyenrode Business University. He also completed an Executive MBA with a specialization in Digital Transformation at the same institution.1

In March 2023, Denker transitioned to a new role as Head of IT at Spar Holding Netherlands, marking a new chapter in his career after nearly five years with De Hypotheker.12
