Maureen Ufomadu is a former attorney turned Diversity Programs Professional who is passionate about promoting inclusion and diversity recruitment to bridge the equity gap in tech. With experience in sourcing and recruiting for top talent in engineering and corporate teams at Meta (Facebook), Blue Apron, and Google, she builds, leads, and supports DEI recruiting programs and initiatives at Meta. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and African & African American Studies, a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and has studied Intellectual Property and English Legal System at the University of Oxford.
