O'Brien pursued a degree in BSBA in Business Administration/Business Education at Robert Morris University after completing her high school education at Montour High School. She has previously worked as a sales rep at Alcoa Building Products and as CEO at O'Brien & Son, Inc. and MOF at GWLF.
