Situation

Worked directly with the entire senior leadership team, under the supervision of the VP of Business Development and Communications, to drive revenue and thoughtful exposure for the agency. Select responsibilities:
-  Served as a primary point of contact for prospective clients
-  Prepared and packaged new business presentations and proposals
-  Tracked all new business prospects from outreach through contracting
-  Collaborated with a task force within the agency through the selection and implementation of a new CRM and then led the organization and maintenance of all agency contacts and communications within that CRM
-  Edited thought leadership articles, agency newsletters, and awards submissions
-  Crafted messaging for Situation's website
-  Developed systems to organize and track case studies /agency work / presentations / meetings and call notes
-  Coordinated new business-specific events
-  Assisted with the preparation and execution of larger agency events including TEDxBroadway, BroadwayCon Industry Day, and multiple events in partnership with Google

Business Development Coordinator

Created a new, hybrid role at the agency under the supervision of the VP of Finance & Operations and the Executive Director of Business Development & Communications that included responsibilities across three major areas: Business Development, Operations, and the agency’s 501(c)(3) organization, Situation Project. Select responsibilities, by department, included:

Business Development:
-  Created pitch decks and capabilities presentations in collaboration with the executive team
-  Drafted proposals and estimates
-  Served as the primary point of contact with potential clients
-  Drafted and edited a range of agency communications including newsletters, awards submissions, case studies, event invitations, thought-leadership articles, and social posts
-  Provided oversight for new business meeting scheduling
-  Managed agency contact lists

Operations:
-  Assisted with the planning and execution of industry-facing events including: TEDxBroadway, BroadwayCon Industry Day, Trending Broadway, and Situation’s annual Google event
-  Assisted with the preparation for and execution of office events and roundtables
-  Coordinated meeting catering and client gifts

Situation Project:
-  Served as the primary point of contact for administrators at all partner schools
-  Liaised with Broadway box offices to arrange for student tickets and distributed the tickets to partner schools
-  Developed and implemented social media strategy across Situation Project platforms
-  Captured content at theatre trips and other Situation Project experiences
-  Partnered with Disney Theatrical Group to organize a workshop at one of our partner schools
-  Managed website updates and email communications
