Maureen DeLuca

Maureen Deluca is a seasoned school principal with a strong background in educational leadership and administration.

With a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from San Diego State University-California State University, a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Maureen has a solid educational foundation.

Her professional journey includes serving as the Executive Director at Mueller Charter School, and previously holding roles as the Principal, Associate Principal, Literacy Coach, and Teacher at Chula Vista Elementary School District.

As an educational leader, Maureen is dedicated to inspiring staff and community members to work collaboratively towards achieving the school's mission, driving continuous improvement in the instructional program, overseeing school operations and plans, actively engaging in staff and student activities, as well as providing leadership within the community.
