Maura O'Neill is a former Chief Innovation Officer at USAID and a well-known serial entrepreneur. She currently teaches at UC Berkeley, Stanford, and Columbia. Maura's passion lies in her family and firmly believes that great ideas can come from various sources. Her educational background includes an MBA in Business from Columbia Business School, a Ph.D. in Psychology, Biology, and Decision-making from the University of Washington, and another MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business. Maura has held various key roles in different organizations, including being a Distinguished Teaching Fellow at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Vice Chair at Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women, and Senior Counselor and Chief Innovation Officer at the U.S. Agency for International Development. She has also served in roles such as Senior Advisor for Energy and Climate and Chief of Staff for the Under Secretary at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Chief of Staff for U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell, and Lecturer at UC Berkeley.
