Her educational background includes studies at The Wharton School for the Executive Development Program, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Anna Maria College, and a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island.

Previously, Maura McCaffrey held various roles at Health New England, such as President & CEO, Chief Operating Officer, VP of Marketing & Business Development, VP of Pharmacy & Service Operations, Director of Pharmacy & Service Operations, and Pharmacy Service Manager.

Prior to that, she was involved in Regional Account Management/Sales at Eli Lilly and worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy.
