Currently, Maud Eskes serves as an Advisor on Water Governance for the Blue Deal Ethiopia project at Waterschap Zuiderzeeland, showcasing her expertise in water management and international collaboration.

Prior to her current role, Maud held positions as a Consultant at ADE, specializing in research and policy analysis, and as a Policy Officer for Conflict Prevention at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, demonstrating her versatility in handling complex political issues.

Maud Eskes has also contributed to various research and consultancy projects, including roles at SpringFactor Research Consultancy, The Clingendael Institute, Beyond Reform and Development, and Gemeente Maastricht, displaying a wide array of skills in project management, research, and strategic planning.
