Matty Gregg is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational effectiveness, product management, entertainment production, and running. With over 13 years at Apple, including roles in Apple Pay Engineering and Global Talent management, Matty witnessed the company's growth pre and post the iPhone era. Apart from his corporate experience, he also ventured into producing a successful national tour of Evil Dead The Musical HD and completed a remarkable cross-country run. Matty now serves as the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at First Republic Bank, where he is delighted to contribute to developing innovative products for a company known for its client-centric approach.

Matty pursued his education at the College of the Holy Cross, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. Additionally, he studied at Phillips Exeter Academy, emphasizing a well-rounded academic foundation.
