In charge of the indoor farm workflow apps & production process improvement. New features development from discovery to delivery phase. Work with cross-disciplinary teams (developers, mechanical engineers, agronomic engineers, financial analysts,...)— Team of 5 people with back-end developers, front-end developers, QA and UX designer.

I worked on software & technological solutions to monitor the production and help with decision making in banana plantations. I was in charge of product management in the Cameroon subsidiary (5 500 hectares):

- Development from discovery to delivery using an AGILE methodology: understand the needs, write user stories, prioritize the product backlog, tests, monitor bugs, data monitoring,…
- Implementation: roadmap, process definition, hardware deployment,…
- Management of a deployment team (10 people)
