He has a strong background in transformation and restructuring, including turnaround management. Matthias has led companies through IPOs, stock market de-listings, and carve-outs with significant value.

With a focus on financial leadership, Matthias Vogt has managed group-level tax planning initiatives and headquarters relocations, notably to Switzerland. He has served as a CFO in challenging scenarios, excelling in renegotiating financial agreements, debt financing, cash flow management, and Investor Relations.

His expertise extends to business development strategies, fostering organic growth, and executing M&A deals across various industries such as Life Sciences, OTC, Pharmaceuticals, Dermatology, Medical Devices, FMCG, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Coatings, and Automotive.

Matthias Vogt pursued higher education at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen, where he obtained an MBA, Ph.D. in Finance, and served as a Research Associate. Additionally, he earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Mannheim.

Throughout his career, Matthias held key financial positions at reputable organizations including SHL Group (Scandinavian Health Limited), Stallergenes Greer, Axalta, Merz Therapeutics, and Novartis.
