Matthias Castelain

Matthias Castelain is a passionate IT professional with a love for sports. He has been working at Decathlon since 2014, most recently serving as Team Leader for an IT team focused on call center solutions, IT support and automation, application and technical monitoring, and predictive security. Matthias has overseen a team of 16 staff members along with outside contractors and a central service team. He graduated from the Institut de Génie Informatique et Industriel and the Lycée Faidherbe with a BAC S option européenne. Prior to his current position, Matthias has held a variety of IT leadership positions and internships at Decathlon and other French organizations.
