Matthew Wiltshire

Matthew Wiltshire is a prominent figure in the development and housing industry, with a diverse and extensive background in government, investment management, and advisory roles. He graduated from Hume-Fogg Academic High School before obtaining a degree in Government and Environmental Studies at Dartmouth College. Mr. Wiltshire has worked with numerous organizations such as Nest-TN, Avondale Partners, and Greenbridge Partners, where he served as an Investment Manager, Director, and Vice President, respectively. Additionally, he worked as a Principal with Compass Advisers LLP and an analyst with Montgomery Securities. Mr. Wiltshire's achievements have led him to his current position as the Chief Strategy and Intergovernmental Affairs Officer at the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, where he helps to shape the agency's strategic direction and enhance relationships with local and state governments. He formerly served as Director of the Mayor's Office of Economic and Community Development at Metro Government.
