Wilson started Sidebar Legal to better serve the business community and entrepreneurs as a shareholder at Lane Powell PC and a partner at White & Lee, LLP. He provided legal counsel to clients regarding complex intellectual property matters, licensing, trademark, clean technology, corporate finance, technology transfers, mergers & acquisitions, entertainment law, venture financing, strategic alliances, branding, and market growth.

In his tenure as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Development at Chrome Systems Corporation, he acquired extensive experience in strategy implementation, corporate governance, licensing data and software products, and protecting IP assets. He also served as the General Counsel and Director of Strategy for Velagio, Inc., a mobile data and software integration company, where he successfully represented clients in domestic and international venture capital, sports, and entertainment representation, and real estate development issues.

Wilson attended Western State College of Law and Westmont College, where he studied Law and Economics & Business, respectively, and is currently the Managing Partner of Delta Advisors.
