Matthew Willoughby is a professional with a passion for working with children and their families. He holds a Master of Science in Human Development and Early Childhood Disorders and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Learning & Development from The University of Texas at Dallas. With his varied skill set and experience, he works to ensure optimal development for children through evidence-based two-generation approaches, especially for those with disabilities or in unhealthy or abusive families. Matthew has experience working as the Safe Babies Dallas County Coordinator and Paraprofessional at Home Based, Child Life Specialist at Playworks Pediatric Therapy Services, and Just Beginning Coordinator at First3Years. He believes that everyone has the potential to become the person they have always envisioned, and he works hard to be a catalyst for positive change and progress to ensure the best outcomes for everyone involved.
