Matthew J. Vossler is a Managing Director at Diversified Search, specializing in executive recruitment, talent acquisition, and social entrepreneurship.

With experience across higher education and the energy sector, Matt has completed searches at various executive levels in areas like general management, research and development, clinical development, sales and marketing, drug safety, regulatory affairs, and technical operations.

Previously associated with RSA Group, Heritage Partners, and Heidrick & Struggles, his extensive career includes key roles in searches for biotech, diagnostics, higher education, as well as non-profit organizations.

In 1987, Mr. Vossler co-founded Swim Across America, a non-profit raising funds for cancer research, specifically focusing on novel cell and gene therapy programs, treatment, and survivorship programs through open water swimming events.

In education, he studied History at Fairfield Prep and completed his BA in History at Boston College.

His diverse range of expertise includes positions like CEO, President, CFO, CMO, CHRO, as well as various Vice President and Executive Director roles across different industries.

Matt's work has helped drive research and development in cancer therapeutics, contributing to the success of drugs like Keytruda, Yervoy, and Opdivo.
