He has served as the Director of International at Saronic Technologies, an Officer and Captain in the Australian Army, a Senior Advisor at Quad Investors Network, Director at Maxwell Capital, and Head of Global Partnerships at Palantir Technologies.

Matthew Tracey also has experience as an Investor & Advisor at Startmate, where he brought his expertise to support emerging startups. His tenure at Palantir Technologies saw him take on multiple key roles such as Head of International Government, Legal & Commercial, and Senior Legal Counsel.
