Matthew Tilson is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and extensive work experience.

He pursued his education at Beal High School and Beal Sixth Form College, where he completed his GCSEs and A-Levels respectively. Later, he furthered his education at The Nottingham Trent University and achieved a CIPD Level 5 qualification at Barking & Dagenham College.

Matthew's career has been predominantly focused in the healthcare sector, where he has held various roles at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. His positions at NELFT include Healthcare Business Intelligence SQL Analyst, Assistant Business Intelligence Analyst, HR Systems Advisor, HR Systems Helpdesk Officer, HR Systems Helpdesk Support, Team Administrator - Public Health Improvement, and Child Health Information Admin Assistant.
