Matthew Symonds, a San Francisco resident and software engineer, has a diverse background in technology and politics. With a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, he has worked for several prestigious organizations such as Google and Tile. Additionally, he has held roles such as Editor-in-Chief at Berkeley Political Review and President at Sigma Phi Epsilon at Berkeley, showcasing his keen interest in politics and journalism. Matthew has been an Intern for Senator Mark Udall at United States Senate and Intern at City and County of San Francisco: Office of Labor Standards Enforcement.

During his time in college, he was also Vice President of Recruitment at Sigma Phi Epsilon at Berkeley, which allowed him to develop and showcase his leadership skills.
